Scythe

In my opinion, Scythe was one of the best books I've ever read. I really enjoyed all the drama, killings, and action that was in the book, so I got the next book in the serious. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who likes action books, or if they like unexpected books. Although I didn't enjoy how long the book was when I first got it, once you start reading it, it gets so good you don't even realize how much you've been reading. Scythe is fantastic and I highly recommend it.

Falling Over Sideways

Overall I really liked this book because it goes on when these kids are in 8th grade. I would rate this book a 10/10 because certain aspects make it very realistic and good. The book is about a girl named Claire, who's dad gets a stroke, which leads to many problems. Because of this, Claire gets very frustrated with life. This book is very good in terms of making it seem real.

The War That Saved My Life

Ada is a young girl with a clubfoot which means her foot was twisted since birth. Most people get it fixed right away but her mom never fixed it and she hid her in a room so that she couldn't go outside and abused her because she was ashamed of her. Then she runs away to meet a woman named Susan who treated her like a parent should but she has trouble every once in a while because people treat her differently, people are mean to her, and many people don't believe in her. This book teaches you that it is okay to be different. I thought this book was okay but it was very sad and the ending should have been happier. I wish that Ada could have more happy moments because it seemed like after everything she did, something bad happened right after. Some people might like the book better if they like more sad books that have less happy moments.

Falling over sideways review

Overall the book Falling Over Side Ways is an amazing book. It covers topics about mental growth. To begin with, her father goes through a stroke with stunts his ability to do anything even eating and speaking. All of this goes down at home where at school and dance she is not having the easiest time either. This causes her mental wellness to decrease whereas she tried to deny these changes where happening. Also, I can connect to this book based on how sometimes within the school I don't have the easiest time. Whereas our situations are different so therefore the outcomes are also different.
Falling Over Sideways was an amazing book. I enjoyed every part of it. I loved how the book set many different moods. I understood the book in every chapter which is usually hard for me. The way the author explained the events was in a good way that makes the readers really engage in the book. I would rate this book at 10/10 because of how interesting it was. I would recommend this book to 6th graders and higher because any age under might not really understand it. Overall this book was amazing and I highly recommend this book.

Could a War Save Your Life?

Ada is young girl who is living in England during the time of Hitler. She lives with her evil Mam and her younger brother. She is almost normal, except she has a clubfoot. She decides to run away with her younger brother and meets a woman names Ms. Smith. There she learns many lessons that make her who she is. I thought that this was a good book because it involved events that actually happened and fictional characters to make the story more engaging. This book was very sad in the beginning but got better which made it better throughout the book. The only thing I would change is making Becky be part of the story because I think she could've made the book more interesting. Overall, this was a good and interesting book and I would definitely recommend.

Falling over sideways is a very good book and I would rate it 10/10! It is very relatable to many people because many people deal with middle school meanies or a tragic event in their family. Even if you have not experienced any of those, this book is still very fun to read. I love how the author includes words that make it all feel extremely realistic. I also love how the book is split up because the chapters stop a perfect time to take a break and they start at a good time so you do not forget what you had read before. Next time you want a good, welcoming, entertaining, and detailed book then read Falling Over Sideways!😄😄😄😄😄😄
